According to the artist, 'Golden Wolf 'is part of a series of works that l call the Celestials because they are all related to my interest in the world above,...According to the artist, "Golden Wolf "is part of a series of works that l call the Celestials because they are all related to my interest in the world above, the sky, the stars, how the seas and our lives are related to the phases of the moon and most importantly, how small we are to the universe. However, in this interest, each work is unique. Golden Wolf tells the story of a woman in old times. In the upper part, the world is showing its immensity ( mensura media); at the bottom of that map, a wise man shows the connection between the world and the moon. A woman in red is on his right, depicted as if speaking fire and with wings and a dragon's tail ( but she carries a symbolic lamp ). On her side at the edge, we see her reading, which is the source of her enlightenment. A dragon threatens… On the left, the symbol of Pisces represents understanding of men and women ("Venus et Cupido"). At the bottom, the Golden wolf (her) represents her triumph over the perils, covered with stars and gold. But walking behind her as her ghost is an image of her normal appearance, reminding her that the quest is not over."Exhibitions
