"Fidelity and Truth is the Foundation of Justice" was delicately stitched on the alphabet sampler of Fanny Hills in 1848. She was nine years old at the time and maybe didn't fully understand what this meant. Jennifer Ling Datchuk honors the wisdom of young girls and those whose voices are often ignored through this "Truth Flag."
