Luis Hampshire, Cisco Jiménez, Silvia Mayoral Molina are the three Mexicans who won the 18th edition of the Rufina Tamayo Painting Biennal. The biennal was established in 1982 by the Oaxacan artist Rufino Tamayo (1899-1991).
