Do You Really Believe That? is the accompanying exhibition catalogue for Dr. Frances Jean Colpitt (1952-2022). The exhibition was organized by a curatorial team: Dr. Sara-Jayne Parsons, Director and Curator of the Art Galleries at Texas Christian University, Dr. Scott Sherer, Professor and Director of Galleries at University of Texas at San Antonio, Dr. Jennifer Hope Davy, writer, and artists Constance Lowe and Hills Snyder. The exhibition highlights the work of twenty-six artists whose creations embody the profound impact and lasting legacy of Colpitt’s mentorship (p. 11). Featured artists include Chuck Ramirez, Constance Lowe, and Jesse Amado.
