After Frida Kahlo's death in 1954, Diego Rivera decided to close two bathrooms with Frida objects and documents. Fifty years later, in 2004, is open again and this time Graciela Iturbide is invited with the intent to leave a photographic testimony of the moment. Photographs by Graciela Iturbide, far from portraying space, focus on items such as prosthetics, braces, medicines, stuffed animals and posters of Stalin to name a few.
