Kat Cadena earned her bachelor’s degree in Art from the University of Texas at San Antonio and graduated with Highest Honors and International Distinction. Before joining Ruiz-Healy Art, Cadena served as Administrative Manager for Luminaria Contemporary Arts Festival and, through a partnership with Luminaria, the Artist Foundation of San Antonio. Cadena is a painter, illustrator, and graphic designer and has also enjoyed teaching art as an Adjunct Instructor in the Mobile Arts Program for Southwest School of Art.
