"Untitled (South Texas Series)" (2002) is a peaceful yet complex photograph by World renown Graciela Iturbide (Mexico, b. 1942). This work measures 34 x 30 inches and is unframed in excellent condition.

Graciela Iturbide was born in Mexico in 1942. After the tragic death of her six year old daughter in 1970, she turned to photography. Iturbide photographs everyday life. With a particular interest in the daily life of Mexico's indigenous cultures, her work is inspired by the photography of Josef Koudelka, Henri Cartier-Bresson, Sebastiao Salgado and Álvarez Bravo who was her teacher and mentor. Her work has been exhibited internationally and is included in many major museum collections including those of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Museum of Modern Art, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art and the J. Paul Getty Museum. Iturbide is the winner of the 2008 Hasselblad Award.
