Photography and Video Today

Since the beginning of the 20^th century, photography has had to overcome obstacles and pejorative labels, like “minor art,” to become an art media in its own right. Most conceptual artists base their work on photography and proclaim the influence the medium has had on their work.

Celebrating the tradition of showcasing photography in the month of September, Ruiz-Healy Art is pleased to present, Photography and Video Today. Featuring photographic works from Latin America, the United Sates, and Europe, including the work of Cristina Kahlo, Hugo Tillman,  Natalia Arias, Sergio Fasola, Benjamin Dominguez, Cecilia Paredes, and Graciela Iturbide.
