Celia Álvarez Muñoz: Los Brillantes at Ruby City, San Antonio, TX featured in Glasstire’s Best of 2024. The exhibition showcases 18 photographs from Muñoz’s 2002 series Semejantes Personajes/Significant Personages, which documented Latinx artists in the city at the time. Using a Holga, Muñoz created multiple exposure images of the artists in their studios or other familiar spaces.
